Boys Golf Roundup: Willmar's Hauser, Grabow earn all-CLC honors

ST. CLOUD -- Riley Grabow shot 81 and Levi Hauser shot 82 as the Willmar boys golf team placed sixth in the final Central Lakes Conference meet of the season Monday at the Territory Golf Club.

ST. CLOUD - Riley Grabow shot 81 and Levi Hauser shot 82 as the Willmar boys golf team placed sixth in the final Central Lakes Conference meet of the season Monday at the Territory Golf Club.

Alexandria won the meet and the conference championship with 53 points. Brainerd was second with 42.5 points and Fergus Falls was third with 40 points. Willmar was sixth with 25.

On Monday, Fergus Falls’ Chris Swenson was medalist shooting 73, a stroke better than Sartell’s Rowan McDonnell.

Hauser placed third overall in the conference and he and Grabow both earned all-conference honors.

Dassel-Cokato Invitational

At Buffalo Lake

Delano and Waconia both finished at 332 to tie for the lead after the first day of the Dassel-Cokato Invitational Monday at the Oakdale Golf Course.

Litchfield shot 348 and is in eighth place and New London-Spicer finished 10th with a 377.

Delano’s Austin vanSystzama and Mound Westonka’s Anson Kuznik tied for the first-day individual lead at 74.

Litchfield’s Brandon Nelson shot 82 and Collin Danner finished the first day at 87.

NLS’ Cole Baker and Cody Pulsifer both shot 91.
