BUFFALO LAKE -- The Willmar boys golf team shot just one stroke more than the first day of action at the Section 2AAA meet, but fell from fourth to sixth at meet's end Tuesday at Oakdale Country Club.
The Cardinals, led by Colin Erickson's second-round 75, shot a 311 Tuesday, which gave the team a 621 for a two-day total. Eden Prairie finished with a 287 Tuesday and advances to the state Class AAA meet with a 586.
Alex Baker paced the Cardinals overall with a 151.
