FERGUS FALLS -- Willmar's Grant Kallevig shot a 75 to tie for second place at the Fergus Falls Invitational on Thursday.
The Cardinals finished eighth with a 330 in the 16-team meet, which doubled as a Central Lakes Conference meet.
Kallevig, a senior, had nine-hole scores of 36 and 39. Tony Kallevig was next for the team with an 81, followed by Cody Magnuson's 84.
Alexandria shot a 313 to win the meet by one stroke. St. Cloud Tech's Charlie Braniss shot 72 for first individually.

Litchfield finished one stroke behind Marshall and Cambridge-Isanti for the team title. The Dragons shot a 320. Marshall won by a tiebreaker over Cambridge-Isanti.
Josh Polingo of Litchfield tied for medalist with Max Deutz of Marshall, both with a 74.
Matt Suedbeck led Willmar with an 83 and the Cardinals tied for eighth with Big Lake with a 357.
