ORTONVILLE -- Tyler Jensvold of Yellow Medicine East fired a 70 to lead the Sting to the Section 3AA-12 title Monday and a date in the section meet at 9 a.m. Friday at Eagle Creek Golf Club in Willmar.
YME shot 333, followed by Montevideo at 342. Sam Peterson of Benson led individual qualifiers with a 79. Other qualifiers individually are Phillip Ward and Noah Mann, both of Montevideo, Jordan Bendel of Lac qui Parle Valley and Jordan Burns of Benson.
