LITCHFIELD — Delano ended a four-game losing streak in a big way Saturday, putting together a 7-1 victory over Litchfield/Dassel-Cokato at the Litchfield Civic Center.
The loss was the first for the Dragons, ranked 12th in Class A.
After the Tigers took a 1-0 lead on a Will Brown goal at 2 minutes, 2 seconds, Litchfield/D-C responded when Grant Grochow scored at 4:47 on the power play. Jack Hillmann had an assist on the game-tying score.
From there, Delano scored six straight goals. Brown finished with two goals, along with tallies from Jesse Peterson, Gunnar Paulson, Tyler Selstad, Trevor Oja and Bruce Halonen. Colin Lommel had three assists in the win.
Darby Halonen stopped 42 of 49 shots for the Dragons.

Litchfield/D-C will try to return to the win column Tuesday at Orono.
