ST. LOUIS - The Ridgewater baseball team mustered just six hits and a run in two losses to St. Louis Community College on Tuesday.

SLCC’s Cory Canterbury and David Prost both drove in two runs to back winning pitcher Ben Stephens’ two-hitter in a 10-0, five-inning victory.

SLCC needed just five hits to score their runs, aided by five Ridgewater errors.

The Warriors Cooper Lamke had both hits.

SLCC prevailed 9-1 in the other game, with Wes Brooks and Timothy O’Leary both driving in a pair of runs.

Ridgewater’s Diego Martiarena was 2-for-3 with an RBI and Luke Theissen doubled and scored a run.

The teams face off again today beginning at 2 p.m.
