ROCHESTER - Heather Horning hit a pair of home runs and also doubled as the Ridgewater Warriors defeated Rochester 13-9 Friday to hand the Yellowjackets their first loss in South Division play.
In Game 1, Ridgewater committed four errors and stranded seven runners in a 6-5 setback. Tasha Dallmann threw the win in Game 2 with relief help from Horning.
Today at noon, Ridgewater (7-5, 17-8) plays Riverland CC at Austin.
