The Lady Warriors got off to a fast start by plating four runs in the first inning. Another three followed in the second before they produced seven more in the third.

Andrea Krause, Brooke Carlson and Brittney Nissen each had three hits in the 17-hit attack for Ridgewater. Brenna Holwerda and Yvonne Wani added two hits each to give Nissen more than enough support in her complete-game win in the pitcher's circle. Nissen allowed just two singles while striking out three and walking four.

Krause knocked in three runs with Carlson and Holwerda driving in two more each. Kari Shipman added a triple and Jenna Kincade a double for the Lady Warriors.
