WILLMAR - The Ridgewater College softball team surrendered a doubleheader to Rochester on Friday and now has lost three of its last four games.
The Warriors fell 6-3 in Friday’s first game and the Sting clobbered Ridgewater in game two, 13-1.
The Warriors are now 3-3 in the MCAC Southern Division and 13-7 overall. They play Riverland in a doubleheader Saturday in Willmar, beginning at noon.
The Warriors managed just four hits off Rochester’s Laura Chalmers in game one and they trailed by eight runs before they could get on the board in game two.
Ridgewater committed seven errors in the second game and nine on the afternoon.
