Cougars' Keller runs to region XC title

Linda Keller of rural Hawick and former state champion runner at Paynesville High School outran the Central Region qualifiers to win the women's cross-country championship in a time of 21:44 by 12 seconds.

Runners from 27 Division III colleges in Minnesota, Iowa and Nebraska were competing to advance to the NJCAA championships on Saturday.
