PAYNESVILLE -- Paynesville's Linda Keller blew away the field and led the Bulldogs to a win at their home invite Thursday.
Keller won the girls cross country race in 15:13, which was 36 seconds ahead of Halle Christianson of Minnewaska. Paynesville posted 54 points, placing four runners in the top 10. Andrea Schlangen was sixth, Erica Schlangen seventh and Brittney Hemmesch 10th.
Annadale won the boys race with 44 points. Tanner Wendroth of Paynesville finished second in the individual race with a time of 18:05. New London-Spicer took third with 77 points and Brendan Ruter led the way with a sixth-place finish.
Results will appear in Saturday's paper.
