The Dawson-Boyd Blackjacks host the Lac qui Parle Valley Eagles in the first area girls basketball game of the season today in Dawson.
Dawson-Boyd went 15-11 last season, while LQPV was 14-12.
LQPV won the only meeting between the teams last season, 68-54 in the final of the LQPV Invite on Dec. 30.
