Football: Litchfield trounces Mound-Westonka

MOUND -- David Yordi ran for two scores and passed for another as Litchfield rolled past Mound-Westonka in a Wright County Conference game.

Litchfield forced six turnovers, including four fumbles.

Mound-Westonka struck first on a 25-yard interception return by Andy Lundgren.

Butr the Dragons (2-1, 2-1) scored 28 unanswered points for a 28-6 lead.

Yori scored on a 15-yard run in the second quarter and a seven-yard run in the third quarter. He connected with Dom Devine for a 17-yard scoring strike in the third quarter. Yordi finished with 113 yards rushing.

Bryce Johnson scored on an 11-yard run and Brennan Rosenow scored ona five-yard run for the Dragons.
