MILACA -- Jake Essler ran for 100 yards and two touchdowns and unbeaten New London-Spicer rolled past Milaca 49-6 in West Central North Conference football action on Friday.
The Wildcats also got two touchdown runs from quarterback Jayme Moten of three and six yards.
Sam Schmid scored on a 24-yard run in the opening quarter, Derek Henle returned a fumble 63 yards for a score in the first quarter and Shawn Hatlestad returned an interception 48 yards in the third quarter.

Litchfield blocked an Orono punt in the first quarter that led to David Yordi's 26-yard touchdown pass to Dom Devine. In the second quarter Derek Koll intercepted a pass that set up another Yordi-Devine hookup that covered 23 yards and gazve Litchfield a 14-0 lead. But Orono would score 25 unanswered points as the Dragons couldn't capitalize on three Orono fumbles.
