NEW LONDON -- New London-Spicer rained down 11 three-pointers on Eden Valley-Watkins and took a 68-33 girls basketball victory Saturday.
The Wildcats (2-0) launched more than half of their shot attempts (35 of 65) from beyond the arc.
Taylor Thunstedt sank five 3's and finished with a team-leading 19 points. She also had six steals and five assists. Karsee Knutson nailed three 3-pointers and scored 13 points. Abbey Knisley hauled in 13 rebounds and chipped in eight points.
