MONTEVIDEO -- Yellow Medicine East rolled past BOLD 59-44 in the quarterfinals of the Section 3AA tournament on Friday.
The Sting advance to play Lake Crystal-Wellcome Memorial in the 3AA North final 7 p.m. Monday in Redwood Falls.
YME took control early, leading 30-16 at the half. They shot 52 percent from the field and out-rebounded BOLD 35 to 17.
Angie Scheffler paced YME with 22 points, 9 rebounds and 5 assists.

Emily Baker notched 6 points, 11 rebounds and 4 steals, and Courtney Hinz had 6 points, 7 assists and 4 steals.
Baylie Kubesh led the Warriors with 13 points and Taylor Ebnet and Carly Sigurdson had 11 each.
