BENSON -- Minnewaska's Sarah Roering shot a 40 to lead six Lakers who shot below 50 at the West Central South Conference meet at the Benson Golf Club on Monday.
Allie Ostrander of Minnewaska was second with a 42 and Abby Fragodt of BKMS third with a 44.
Minnewaska's 22-stroke win over runner-up Montevideo was the closest anyone has been to the Lakers in a conference meet this season.
