BRAINERD - Kallie Spreiter and Kennedy Sommerfeld tied for medalist honors to lead Litchfield to victory at the Brainerd Invitational on Monday at The Classic at Madden’s.
The Dragons shot 359 to outdistance second-place Brainerd by 29 shots.
Litchfield’s Kelsey Wattenhofer shot 92 and Alexandra Tipka finished with a 93.
The Dragons play at the Benson Invitational on Wednesday.

COLD SPRING - Willmar placed fifth and Alexandria won its third straight Central Lakes Conference meet Monday by collecting a 34-stroke victory at Rich-Spring Golf Club.
Seniors Emily Thul and Amanda Bigger finished 1-2, respectively, and junior teammate Natalie Amundson was fourth to help Alexandria cruise to another win. The Cardinals have won all three meets this season by a combined 82 shots.

Pacing Willmar was freshman Grace Sawyer with an 86 and an 89 from Megan Iiams.
