LITCHFIELD - Kelsey Wattenhofer won on a three-way tiebreaker to help Litchfield win its own five-team, nine-hole invite Tuesday.
Wattenhofer had a better score on the first handicap hole to break a tie with Willmar’s Raelin Setrum and teammate Danielle Elam. Setrum was awarded second after posting a better score than Elam on the second handicap hole.
All three fired a 41 on the back nine.
The Dragons’ four-score tally of 168 was 14 shots better than Willmar. New London-Spicer (199) was third, Kimball/Eden Valley-Watkins fourth and Dassel-Cokato fifth.
Megan Iiams added a 42 for Willmar. Lauren Dietz paced NLS with a 48 while Hannah Norlin (42) and Kennedy Sommerfeld (44) rounded out Litchfield’s top four scores.

Buffalo Lake-Hector-Stewart’s Caly Schmalz shot 83 to earn medalist honors.
Schmalz helped the Mustangs place third in team scoring with a 404. Sleepy Eye was first at 388 and New Ulm Cathedral was second at 402.
