Girls soccer: Brainerd thumps Cardinals 10-0

BRAINERD - Lexi Roby scored four goals and Bryn Waters, Ally Smith and Angela Lacy all scored two goals as Brainerd thumped Willmar 10-0 on Tuesday.
The Warriors scored their goals on just 18 shots.
Willmar goalie Laura Christenson made 4 saves before leaving the game with a foot injury at the 15-minute mark. Kylie Halvorson also made 4 saves and Riley Schneider made a defensive save.
The Cardinals at 3-5 overall and travel to play Alexandria at 7 p.m. Thursday.
