ALEXANDRIA -- Willmar was shut out for the second match in a row as Alexandria collected a 2-0 win in a Central Lakes Conference girls soccer match Tuesday.

Alexandria (3-1, 4-2) scored twice in a span of less than six minutes just after the midway point of the first half on two unassisted goals from Marisa Eigen.

Chloe Donoho just missed scoring midway through the second half for Willmar, but her free kick hit the bottom of the crossbar and landed on the goalkeeper's line before the Alexandria goalie could scoop up the ball for a save.

Willmar will try to snap its losing streak Thursday when it's at CLC rival Sauk Rapids.
