Lac qui Parle Valley/Dawson-Boyd’s Bree Kallhoff and Veda Maharaj picked up a big three-set win at No. 2 doubles to lead the squad to a 4-3 win over Pipestone in the fall-season opener on Friday in Pipestone.
Anna Hacker and Addi Oie won singles matches for LQPV/DB, but Pipestone earned its three points with wins at Nos. 3 and 4 singles and at No.1 doubles. LQPV/DB also notched a key win at No. 3 doubles.
