LITCHFIELD - A sweep in doubles helped Litchfield upended MACCRAY 5-2 Monday in a non-conference dual.
Kalley Spreiter and Kennedy Sommerfeld at No. 1 and Grace Spanos and Julia Pyrlik at No. 2 both won 6-2, 6-4 in doubles action for the Dragons. Kate Schumann and Addie Lokken rebounded after losing the first set to win 3-doubles in three sets for Litchfield.
Amber Wieberdink and Kim Trulock won at 1- and 2-singles, respectively, for the Wolverines. Shanna Kinny at No. 3 and Laney Huhner at No. 4 also won in straight sets for the Dragons, who play at New London-Spicer today in a Wright County Conference match.
