Coach Jim Anderson praised the play of Hannah Kobienia, who won 6-2, 6-0 at 3-singles: “She played her best singles match setting up strong approach shots to her opponent’s backhand then finishing at the net.”
Bergen Vollan at 4-singles overpowered her counterpart in a 6-1, 6-1 win.
At 2-doubles, Sydney Fischer ruled at the net while Erica Ellingboe performed steadily at the baseline in a 6-4, 7-5 win.
Rocori goes to 4-2, 6-8.
Willmar (2-3, 6-7) hosts Alexandria (3-2, 8-5) on Thursday.

All eyes were on “center court” as the match hung in the balance with Litchfield’s Lauren Knisley taking on Piper Davis of Glencoe-Silver Lake for the deciding point.
Knisley had to mount a comeback after losing the first set at 1-singles 2-6. With the match tied 3-3, the Dragons’ senior took the next two sets 6-4, 6-3 to gain the win for the visitors 4-3.
Laney Huhner and Shanna Kinny also won singles points. Kalley Spreiter/Kennedy Dommerfeld picked up a doubles point.
Litchfield (2-5, 9-11) plays another Wright Conference foe, Annandale, on Thursday, in Litchfield.

Benson improved to 7-3 overall and 2-1 in the West Central Conference and the Braves play at Montevideo at 4:30 p.m. Thursday.
