Grussing dominant in MACCRAY victory

CLARA CITY - Jackson Grussing had a night to remember as he led MACCRAY to a 78-58 Camden Conference win over Canby Tuesday night.

Grussing finished with 22 points, 12 rebounds, seven assists and five steals in one of the more dominant area performances so far this season.

The Wolverines' Brady Madsen also had a good night, scoring 21 points.

Southwest Christian's Trey Sandness hit a two-point basket at the buzzer to down Litchfield in a non-conference game on Tuesday in Chaska.

Litchfield's Owen Boerema scored a game-high 20 points and Noah Kreger hit for 19. Brandon Nelson had seven points, seven rebounds and six assists.

The Dragons play at Hutchinson at 7 p.m. Thursday.

BBE featured three players with double-digit scoring but fell to Maple Lake Tuesday night.

Evan Wiener was the game's leading scorer. He finished with 19 points and added a game-high 11 rebounds as well.
