TENNIS: Fragodt has been a regular in the Benson/KMS lineup for six years and has compiled a career record of 171-20, including 121-7 in singles. She was all-conference five times and won conference titles three times. Fragodt also qualified for state four times, finishing third in doubles in 2007 and fourth in doubles in 2006. She finished 33-3 as a senior and the team posted a 98-32 overall record in her six years in the lineup.

BASKETBALL: She is one of only three girls ever in the area to record over 1,000 points and 1,000 rebounds in a career. She was a five-time letterwinner, four-year starter, three-time all-conference and two-time All-Area pick as a forward. She averaged 13 points and 12 rebounds per game as a senior. In her career, she notched 1,498 points, 1,325 rebounds, 315 assists and 280 steals.

GOLF: A four-year letterwinner and two-time state participant (missing a third trip by one stroke this spring), Fragodt earned all-conference honors four times in her career. She averaged 43 for nine holes in her senior year and her career and won three straight sub-section titles.
