Jake Henderson, a sophomore from Granite Falls, has been one of North Dakota State's top cross country runners this fall.
The three-time state participant while at Yellow Medicine East has been the top NDSU runner in three of its first seven meets this fall. His best time for the 8k runs this season is 25:50.5 at the Jim Drees Invite on Oct. 17.
