High School Bowling: Willmar is tied for first in the conference

The Willmar bowling team is tied for first place in the conference with Alexandria and New London-Spicer after another weekend of matches.

Willmar lost to New London Black 3-0 and beat Monticello 3-0.

Willmar next competes Oct. 24 in Granite Falls and Oct. 31 in New London to wrap up the regular season. The conference finals are Nov. 7 in Alexandria.

Willmar’s Kadin Brabender leads the conference with an 83.33-percent fill average. Keelan Darger is also in the top 10 with a 64-percent fill average.
