FARGO -- Kerkhoven-Murdock-Sunburg was held to 179 yards of total offense by unbeaten Ottertail Central Thursday at the Fargodome as the Bulldogs went on to collect a 35-6 non-conference win in the regular-season finale.
Jesse Engler hauled in a 54-yard touchdown pass from Aaron Doraska in the first quarter to account for the Fighting Saints' score. Engler caught four passes from Doraska for 96 yards.
On defense, Jonah Johnson recovered a fumble and had an interception for KMS.
Jake Smith rushed for 129 yards and three touchdowns to pace a ground game for OTC that picked up 312 yards in 52 carries. Tyler Olson gained 108 yards on 11 carries.

Shawn Hatlestad and Ronnie Johnson each ran for over 100 yards as the Wildcats (6-1, 7-1) secured second place in the West Central North Conference.
Johnson carried 16 times and scored on runs of 3 and 73 yards. Hatlestad ran 37 yards for a score.
Jayme Moten completed 6-of-14 passes for 103 yards, including touchdown tosses of 38 and 19 yards to Brandon Zylstra. Moten also ran for a touchdown from 32 yards out.

Tyler Hansen had three touchdown runs and Eric Riley had two more scoring runs to help fuel Morris' rout in the regular-season finale. Riley picked up 120 yards on just five carries and Hansen ran for 106 yards on seven carries. As a team the Tigers averaged just over 10 yards a carry en route to gaining 335 yards.
The win enabled Morris to win the conference title outright with a 6-1 record. Tim Ostby had two touchdowns on a six-yard run and 39-yard catch from Jake Torgerson, Connor Metzger rushed for another and Austin Thielke added another Tiger score by returning a LPGE fumble 43 yards.
