Braden Kittelson played the hero for Lac qui Parle Valley as he hit a walk-off single to complete a comeback victory against Central Minnesota Christian.

The Bluejays appeared to have the win in the bag with a 3-0 lead going into the final frame but the Eagles roared back with a few hits and took advantage of a pair of walks and errors to tie the game before Kittelson's game-winning hit.

Dawson-Boyd overcame a one-run deficit with three runs in the fourth and fifth innings and Austin Schmitt and Nick Thompson combined on a strong pitching performance in the Blackjacks' win over Yellow Medicine East on Monday.

Schmitt allowed just two hits and an unearned run in six innings to get the win, and Thompson earned the save by striking out the side in the seventh.

Payton Wilner drove in Abby Oberg with a double in the first inning of game two to take an early lead but AR bounced back to score three in the first to take the lead for the remainder of the game.

Annandale posted three sub-40 scores in a Wright County Conference meet on Monday to earn the team's second victory of the year.

Michael Uhas led the field from Mound Westonka with an even-par outing. Annandale finished with the second place finisher and a duo tied for third with a 38 score.

Noah Dietz led the way for New London-Spicer, who took fifth place as a team, with a 41 on the scorecard. Teammate Reed Thompson also had a strong outing with a 42.
