Wabasso 6, LQPV 2

Lac qui Parle Valley's run in the postseason fell short as an early offensive outburst by Wabasso handed the Eagles a 6-2 loss in the Section 3A losers' bracket final on Tuesday.

LQPV matched Wabasso with seven hits, but couldn't make the most of them as the only two runs scored on an Evan Benson two-run homer in the third.
