SARTELL-The Willmar gymnastics team recorded its top score of the season and the Cardinals needed every point to down Sartell on Tuesday.
The Cardinals placed second through sixth on the beam and scored 147.0 points, edging the Sabres by just 0.025 points.
Sartell's Abby Weber won all four events and placed first all-around. Willmar's Erica Schramm was second all-around with 37.175 points. She had a second-place finish on the floor and third-place finishes on the beam and vault.
Willmar's Bronwyn Tollefson placed second on the beam.
The Cardinals are off until hosting Alexandria at 7 p.m. on Jan. 25 at Willmar High School.
