NEW LONDON -- New London-Spicer head boys basketball coach Matt Cordes resigned from his job at the school Thursday.
NLS activities director John Vraa confirmed that Cordes will leave the school to take a position at Oak Grove Lutheran School in Fargo, where he will be the Religious Education Director and Campus Chaplin.
Cordes led the Wildcats to state Class AA basketball titles in 2008 and 2010.
Vraa said the school will begin the search for a replacement soon.
