Laura Tvrdik, a Minnesota State, Moorhead junior hitter from Minnewaska Area, was named to the NSIC first team for volleyball.
Tvrdik currenlty stands sixth in the conference in hitting percentage with a .326 average. She has 173 kills in conference action. Overall this season, she has tallied 313 kills with a .333 hitting percentage. Defensively, she is third in blocks for the Dragons with nine solo and 73 assisted for a season total of 82. She is also third on the team in assists with 34.
