SPICER -- Luke Reiter went 3-for-5 to drive in five runs and spark New London-Spicer's 14-hit attack as NLS upended Hector 15-11 Tuesday in Legion baseball.
NLS, coming off an extra-inning loss to Kerkhoven on Monday, plated four runs in the first inning to take an early 4-1 lead. Hector got as close as 7-5, but NLS answered with a three-run inning in the fourth -- highlighted by Reiter's three-run homer -- to keep a comfortable lead.
Reiter also tripled in a run in the first and later singled in another run in the third. Kevin Soine also supplied NLS with three hits.
Andy Kalenberg doubled twice and added a single, Tyler Richards collected another three hits, including a triple, and Ryan Haun went 3-for-3 to ignite Hector's offense.

Sacred Heart committed seven errors -- five in the sixth inning -- allowing Tritown to score six unearned runs.
Tritown only got three hits; singles from Jordan Tanner, Jeff Peterson and Blake Schmidt.
Mitch Agre slugged a two-run double in a four-run seventh for Sacred Heart.
