New London-Spicer Community Education and Recreation is forming summer leagues for men's softball and beach volleyball.
The men's Tuesday softball league will start May 31 and run until Aug. 23. The deadline for registration is May 10. A women's beach volleyball league will be from June 6-Aug. 15 and a co-rec beach volleyball league will be from June 8-July 12.
