Organizers also plan to use the event as a way of honoring Army Pvt. 1st Class Ryane Clark, a 2007 graduate of New London-Spicer High School who was killed in action in Afghanistan on Monday.

One-third of the money from the traditional football raffle will be designated for a memorial in Clark's honor. One-third will be donated to the Willmar Regional Cancer Center to help promote breast cancer awareness and education and purchase wigs for local cancer patients. The remainder will go to the winner of the raffle.
