SPICER - Nearly 350 entrants are signed up for the 10th annual Green Lake Triathlon in Spicer this weekend: the Kid’s tri is Saturday morning and the Sprint/Olympic tri on Sunday morning, each from Saulsbury Beach.
Online registration closes at midnight Wednesday.
The Sprint course is 1/4 mile swim/14 mile bike/3 mile run; the Olympic is 3/4 mile swim/22 mile bike/6 mile run.
This year’s event is sponsored by Rick's Cycling and Sports Center, which will be on site for last minute tune-ups. Pickle Events will be timing with Jerry McNeil announcing.
