Patock takes Silverado lead

STARBUCK -- Corey Putnam of Brandon and his partner, Eric Camarote of Rogers, pulled in 20.76 pounds of bass to win the second stop of the Silverado Pro-Am Bass Tour, held at Lake Minnewaska July 12.

John Patock of Sacred Heart placed sixth with 17.13 pounds with amateur partner Dannie Gomez, but Patock took the overall lead in the standings with 112 points and 37.78 pounds. He leads Dean Capra by three points. Glenwood amateur Jim Lokken finished in 53rd place with 10.9 pounds.

The third event in the series will be Saturday, Aug. 16 at Arrowwood Resort on the Alexandria Chain of Lakes in Alexandria.
