Willmar completed a comeback against the Rox in 6-5 win.

WILLMAR — The Stingers competed in a Northwoods League playoffs game for the first time since 2019, winning 6-5 against the St. Cloud Rox on Sunday evening at Bill Taunton Stadium.

Three of Willmar's seven hits went for extra bases. Graysen Tarlow hit a double. Drey Dirksen recorded an RBI triple. Nick Terrell hit a solo home run.

Tucker Novotny threw four scoreless innings for the Stingers. He struck out eight batters, allowing three hits and two walks.
