HOLDINGFORD -- Belgrade-Brooten-Elrosa and Holdingford managed to get an official game in Monday, with the Jaguars losing 9-2 in six innings in a Central Minnesota Conference baseball game.
The game was called after BBE scored two runs in the top of the sixth due to the rain. Nolan Zachman drove in both runs with a single.
Holdingford's big hit came from Karl Kasella, who hit a bases-loaded triple to score three runs in the fourth, giving Holdingford a 7-0 lead.
Bryce Feia of Holdingford allowed just one hit in six innings. He struck out eight and walked six.
