IVANHOE -- Nate Wensauer highlighted an eight-run first inning for Renville County West with a three-run home run as the Jaguars went on to shut out Lincoln HI 11-0 in five innings Monday in a Camden Conference baseball game.
Steve Jakel struck out eight and surrendered three hits -- all singles -- to blank the Rebels (0-6, 0-6) and earn the win.
Austin Link followed Wensauer's blast in the first with a two-run single to help RCW pound out 12 hits.
Wensauer, Brian Feldman, Dakota Freiborg, Ben Trochlil and Ryan Fransen all had two hits apiece for RCW, which won its fourth straight conference game.

KMS bolted to a 7-0 lead, but had to hang on to defeat Canby.
Jonah Johnson, who got the win with five innings of relief work, stranded the tying run at second base by fielding a comebacker to the mound in the bottom of the seventh inning.
At the plate, Johnson went 3-for-4. Bryan Schlagel singled and doubled to score two runs and Jeremiah Rosemeier had a couple of hits and an RBI.

Canby scored four in the bottom of the fifth to close to 9-8. The Saints added a run in the top of the seventh when Joe Buck came home on a fielder's choice.
