MARSHALL — The Renville County West boys basketball team ended a five-game losing skid after beating Canby 62-48 at the Marshall Fastbreak Club tournament Friday at the R/A Facility at Southwest Minnesota State University.
Fueling the Jaguars’ victory was Tyler Froland, who had 31 points on 13 of 22 shooting. He also finished with 13 rebounds (six offensive).
Ryan Schrupp added 11 points for RCW. Jaden Serbus finished with seven points, 12 rebounds and three blocks.
Ty Stoks (12) and Trevor Gray (11) both scored in double figures for the Lancers.
The Jaguars (2-5) head to Madison to play Lac qui Parle Valley on Thursday.
