Prep Football Roundup: Rudningen does it all in Saints' victory

MURDOCK -- Dylan Rudningen was KMS' leader on both sides of the ball again on Wednesday, leading the Saints to a 29-8 victory over previously undefeated Royalton in the regular-season finale on Wednesday.

MURDOCK - Dylan Rudningen was KMS' leader on both sides of the ball again on Wednesday, leading the Saints to a 29-8 victory over previously undefeated Royalton in the regular-season finale on Wednesday.

Rudningen ran for 171 yards and all four Saints touchdowns, he led the team in tackles, he intercepted a pass and recovered a fumble.

KMS improved to 7-1 and tied Royalton for the Mid State 3 District championship.

The teams were tied 8-8 at halftime, but Rudningen ran one yard for the go-ahead score in the third quarter, then capped his night with TD runs of seven and two yards in the fourth.
