Prep girls tennis: Minnewaska edges out NLS 4-3

Minnewaska edged out New London-Spicer for a non-conference victory at New London.

The Lakers earned wins from Alissa Thorfinnson at No. 1 singles, Leah Hagen at No. 3 and Megan Thorfinnson at No. 4. Minnewaska also won at No. 1 doubles. Maddie Thorfinnson and Olivia Richards beat the Wildcats’ Izzy Schmiesing and Delaney Hanson 7-6 (3), 6-3.
