WILLMAR — With senior Brett Reid earning medalist honors with a 4-under par 31, the boys golf team of Community Christian School of Willmar cruised to a victory in Camden Conference North division action Thursday at Valley Golf Course.
CCS finished with a team score of 159, beating Renville County West ’s 183. CCS’ Nathan Davis finished in the top five with a round of 41.
The Jaguars were led by Jaden Kolker, who carded an even-par round of 35.
The Lac qui Parle Valley girls team finished three strokes ahead of second-place Dawson-Boyd , 185-188.
LQPV teammates Isabella Jacobs and Sarah Halvorson split medalist honors after both shot 42s. The Blackjacks’ Ella Mork was third with 43.

Sartell beat out Alexandria by three strokes in a Central Lakes Conference boys meet at St. Cloud Country Club.
The Sabres finished the afternoon with a score of 322 while Alexandria had a 325. Brainerd was third with 329. Sartell’s Logan Hamak was the medalist with 72, beating Rocori’s Drew Schneider by a stroke.
Willmar placed eighth with a team score of 364. Joey Wisocki led the squad with a score of 83, finishing in a tie for 12th place. Behind him was Nathan Marthaler with a 30th-place score of 89. Simon Brouwer (94) and Tyler Bulthuis (98) also contributed to Willmar’s team score.
