After a splitting a pair of 1-0 conference games this spring, Paynesville won the rubber game, 3-0, in the semifinals of Section 6AA-West on Tuesday.
The Bulldogs (18-3) will face Rocori, a 3-0 winner over New London-Spicer, in the final Thursday at 5 p.m. in Melrose.
Paynesville 3, Minnewaska 0
Whitney Woehler escaped bases-loaded jams in the sixth and seventh innings as Paynesville held on to beat Minnewaska for the second time this season.
Kayla Lieser had a triple push across a run in the seventh, while Keely Meagher and Jessica Solum had RBI singles for the Bulldogs.

Brooke Falk, Breanna Jenks, Aundrea Johnson and Lindsay Braaten all singled to account for Minnewaska's four hits.

Taylor Thompsen and Jenna Moritz singled before Erika Norris hit a deep fly ball that was caught just in front of the fence in left field in the sixth inning for New London-Spicer. Jordan Hansen then hit a solo home run in the bottom half of the frame to extend Rocori's lead to 3-0.
Rocori pitcher Maria Toren limited NLS to five hits while striking out six without issuing a walk. Thompsen had two of the hits for NLS.

Belgrade-Brooten-Elrosa outhit the Silverstreaks 8-5 at Minnewaska High School but couldn't fend off elimination.
Michelle Sanders RBI hit put BBE up 1-0 in the third. The Jaguars went ahead 2-1 in the sixth with a run scoring on a fielder's choice.
But Osakis scored two in the bottom of the sixth on a Mercedes Klimek double followed by a Hailey Radjle single to tie the game. Radjle scored the go-ahead run on a passed ball and a throwing error.

Sanders, who was 3-for-3 hitting, took the tough loss in the circle though her five-hitter included just one walk and six strikeouts. One of the Osakis runs was unearned.
