DANUBE -- Sam Felt had 17 strikeouts and gave up just two hits to help Redwood Valley win its eighth straight game Monday by upending Renville County West 12-4 in a non-conference ga-me.
Felt shook off issuing six walks and four runs as the Cardinals im-proved to 8-0 against non-conference teams and 15-3 overall.
Ashley Bunting, Steph Jensen and Julia Busiahn had three hits apiece in the Cardinals' 18-hit attack.
Both Trista Kleinhuizen and Amy Holwerda had a hit for Renville County West (6-12). Holwerda knocked in two runs and Kleinhuizen delivered another RBI for the Jaguars.

Michelle Sanders finished the game by tossing six scoreless innings after Pierz scored in the first. She overcame surrendering 10 hits to pick up the win.
