ST. JOSEPH -- Foley beat Minnewaska 6-1 and St. Cloud Cathedral 5-2 Tuesday at the Section 6A meet at the College of St. Benedict to advance to the state tournament.
St. Cloud Cathedral upended Benson/KMS 5-2 in the other semifinal to reach the championship.
Foley will meet 12-time state champion Blake on June 8 at the Reed-Sweatt Family Tennis Center in Minneapolis in the first round of the Class A State Tournament.
