MONTEVIDEO -- Christian Waage and Zach Bosch edged out Shane Griess and Matt Koopmeiners in a three-set match to give Minnewaska the deciding team point in a 4-3 West Central Conference win over Montevideo on Thursday.
Minnewaska won three of four in singles but Montevideo dominated doubles until the final match.
Bryce Bakkelund won his 4-singles match in straight sets 6-0, 6-0.

Michael Nies, undefeated in conference matches, clinched the victory for LPGE with his win at 3-singles.
Steven James at 2-singles, Ethan Ratliff-Crain at 4-singles and the 1-doubles team of Will Johnson and Luke Widseth earned points for Benson.
LPGE can wrap up a perfect regular season with a victory at Litchfield on Monday.
